I got an exciting e-mail this morning!  My short story, When the Wild Hunt Rides, will be appearing in the anthology Hoofbeats: Flying with Magical Horses!  This anthology was previously named Epona’s Children, and is full of fun and fantastic stories about all things horse.  Magical, of course.

This short story is a favorite of mine.  It originally started as a one page (ok, let’s be real, I’m crap at keeping things short so it ended up being three pages) Halloween story for my first Fiction workshop at the University of Montana.  I loved the idea of it so much that I developed it more, and added a few words to it.

It is currently available for pre-order here and will be available to read on August 1st!  It will also be available in print format, and I’ll pass along the information when it’s available.
